Recurring Bookings

How do recurring bookings work? 

 

Tally Workspace now supports recurring bookings. When making any booking (this includes meeting rooms, hot desks, event spaces and day offices) via the platform, users have the option to make this recurring. This is what users see when requesting a recurring booking at your venue;

You will then receive an email confirming that you have a recurring booking request. 

This clarifies the quantity and frequency of the recurring bookings along with the total transaction amount, plus any additional information about discounts that apply.

You can choose to either accept or reject this request depending on your availability. 

 

Discounts on recurring bookings 

 

You have the option to add discounts to recurring bookings. These can be added as a percentage discount on every 5 and 10 bookings made. I.e. A user has requested to book a recurring meeting room every Monday for the next 5 weeks, you could choose for them to receive a 10% discount on the total booking value. 


Adding a discount to recurring bookings is optional but should encourage Tally Workspace users to make more repeat bookings.

To add this discount, log in to your Tally Workspace account. From here click 'desks and spaces'. Here you can see all the live options on your listing page. Click on the three dots as highlighted below.

From here scroll down to 'Discounts for Bundle Purchases' and fill out this section. Once you have saved this change, it will be live on your Tally Workspace account.
