Why hasn't my booking been accepted?

As not all of our venues have live availability yet and are in complete control of how many people are allowed into their spaces, your booking will be rejected if you attempt to book a space that is not available.

Why has my booking been cancelled after the venue accepted it?

This is very rare, but occasionally venues make mistakes or events happen that mean they must cancel bookings they have already accepted.

If this happens to you, you will receive a full refund of the tokens you have spent and a member of our team will contact you with some suitable alternatives.
