How to list your venue on Tally Workspace

This article will help you create a venue account so you can add your coworking or full time office spaces.

1. Navigate to https://www.tallyworkspace.com/list-your-venue

2. Click "List your venue"


3. Input your Contact Details 
If you are a venue with multiple sites don't worry you can add multiple users later on so everyone can access the venue portal. 


4. Input your Venue Name
If you have multiple venues just pick one venue and you can add multiple locations at a later stage once you’ve created your venue account. 

5. Input the address for this venue


6. Input a Contact Number
You can amend this once you've created your account if you have a different contact number for each site.

7. Once you’ve created your account you’ll be taken to this page. 


Please be aware that there are two parts of the listing for each location as shown in the red boxes above:

Coworking Space Listing - this where you can list hot desks, meeting rooms and day offices
Office Space Listing - this where you can list full time offices only 

For instance, if your venue offers both hot desks, meeting rooms, and full-time offices:

  • Add information about hot desks and meeting rooms under the Coworking Space section.
  • Add information about full-time offices under the Office Space section.

If you prefer to list only one option (either Coworking or Office Space) then ignore the other option and leave blank.
