How do I invite my team members to bookings?

You can invite anyone to a booking, regardless of whether they have a Tally Workspace account

1. Click the user icon in the top right of the screen, then "My Account & Bookings".


2. Select the "Bookings" tab on the left-hand side of the screen, then "Invite" next to the relevant booking.


3. Select from the dropdown one of the options:

-'Invite whole team' if you wish inviting to the booking all the members of your team.

-'Invite some members' if you wish inviting only a few members of your team to the booking.

-'Invite non members' if they are not part of your Tally team. By selecting this option as a next step you will have to input the guest's email and then click invite.

All guests will receive emails detailing their booking alongside some information on what to do upon arrival at the venue, WiFi details etc.


Those with Tally accounts will also receive confirmation of the booking on the Tally website under the "My Bookings" tab.
