You can invite anyone to a booking, regardless of whether they have a Tally Workspace account, in three clicks
1. Click the user icon in the top right of the screen, then "My Account & Bookings".
2. Select the "Bookings" tab on the left-hand side of the screen, then "Invite" next to the relevant booking.
3. Fill in the form by adding your guests' email addresses - you can add multiple people to a booking by selecting "Add another guest" and provide some notes/an agenda for your guests if you like. You can add people who have accounts with Tally Workspace and people who don't.
All guests will receive emails detailing their booking alongside some information on what to do upon arrival at the venue, WiFi details etc.
Those with Tally accounts will also receive confirmation of the booking on the Tally website under the "My Bookings" tab.
