Help for venues struggling to access their venue account
I've forgotten my password how can I reset it?
1) Go to our website and click log in
2) Click "forgotten password"
3) Enter the email address registered with the account and you'll be sent an email from hello@tallyworkspace.com with password reset instructions.
If you've not received an email then please contact hello@tallyworkspace.com and we can resolve the issue for you.
How do we change the email registered with our account?
You can only have 1 email address registered with a venue account. However, if the member who set up your listing has now left or you just want to change the email then please contact hello@tallyworkspace.com and we get our tech team to sort this for you.
If you have multiple venues please ensure to use an email address that all site teams can access.
