How Can I Share My Office Availability?

This article explains how to keep your office availability updated and share it with us

To ensure that your listing remains accurate and up to date, it's important that we have your current office availability. Please add us to your distribution lists and regularly send your availability—either weekly or monthly—to both broker@tallyworkspace.com and availability@tallyworkspace.com.

You can also update your office availability directly through your venue account. For a step-by-step guide, click here. If you manage a large number of spaces, we can update your listings for you via a mass upload. To do this, please follow these steps:

  • Email your office availability to jeni@tallyworkspace.com in this format and we can automatically update it for you. 
  • Make sure to provide the availability in an Excel, CSV, or Google Sheet format.
  • Please email your availability in this format on a weekly or monthly basis in order for us to keep your listing up to date
