How can a user amend their booking?

Users can request a new date from the Tally Workspace platform.

How can a user amend their booking?

The users can amend a booking from their Tally account by choosing a new date for their booking. Once they select a new date, the venue will receive a notification email which will include all the booking details along with the requested new date. Please note that you will have to approve/ reject this request according to your availability on the given date.

What if a user wants to amend their booking whilst they are at the venue?

If additional services or upgrades are provided to Tally Workspace Customers on the day of the booking it is the venue’s responsibility to charge the customer for these services directly and pay Tally Workspace the standard Tally Workspace Fee of 12.5% plus the Transaction Fee of 2.5%, OR if the Customer wishes to upgrade or make an amendment to their booking via the Tally Workspace platform it is the venue’s responsibility to ensure that the amendment is requested on the Tally Workspace platform and that you have received an email confirmation from Tally Workspace.
