Do I get reminders for upcoming bookings?
Yes, you will get reminders via email of your upcoming bookings. A reminder will be sent at 3pm the day before a booking.
What emails will I get about bookings?
1. Initial request email
You will receive a booking request email. You will need to press the "accept" or "reject" button in the email in order for the booking to go ahead. This email will detail the time, space, attendees, duration, price and fees of the booking. If you do not accept or reject the booking you will get a booking request reminder email to nudge you to accept or reject the booking.
OR
If your space is set to auto-approval or you are using the Nexudus or Office Rnd Integration bookings will automatically be accepted based on your availability so you will just receive the booking confirmation email.
2. Booking request accepted
This will confirm the time, space, attendees, duration, price and fees of the booking as well as the cancellation policy and any perks included with the booking.
3. Booking reminder email
If the booking has been made in advance you will receive a booking reminder at 3pm the day before the booking.
